Surface Coating

The surface coating is a luxurious, rainbow-shimmering, top-grade DLC finish.

Compared to Oni to Kanabo DLC, it boasts more than twice the hardness and achieves a high level of low friction resistance. This

results in a longer lifespan for the coated pillow ball. Both machining and coating are made in Japan.

 

 

Wide Range of Motion:

To minimize friction in the joint and ball end of the DRC, it is machined using high-precision machining. Stainless

steel is used as the material to increase strength and corrosion resistance.

Both the pillow ball and pillow ball nut are manufactured with significantly reduced interference points to increase the range of motion of the tie rod. This

achieves a significantly wider range of motion compared to other manufacturers' products.

 

 

2-Piece Structure

The pillow ball is manufactured with a 2-piece structure .

This enhances the design and allows for removal, expanding the range of settings.

Friction at the ball end is reduced to the ultimate level, achieving unprecedented smooth movement

. Perfectly compatible with the low μ of drift tires.

The movement of the suspension and movable parts will be dramatically improved.
