Introducing the NERD damper for big bore dampers (Yokomo type), a highly requested product. Equipped with

 

a damping force adjustment function

DFA mechanism (DAMPING FORCE ADJUSTMENT) "Patent Pending"

. The damper's damping force can be changed by turning the dial (12 turns).

This allows for fine-tuning to suit the driving situation and machine, such as suppressing roll and pitching to increase stability.

 

 

Suspension Structure

The construction of oil dampers in RC cars has been fundamentally redesigned. The NERD damper

succeeds in making the oil flow within the shaft, just like the shock absorber in a real car. Unlike flowing oil through the piston hole, this

achieves flexibility and improved response, improved road surface following, and increased traction across the entire range, resulting in superior damping force characteristics.

 

Dedicated Damper

Piston By increasing the piston thickness, damper rigidity is increased, and play during stroke is significantly

reduced. Furthermore, the piston material has been revised to reduce friction, and the shape of the surface on which the piston makes contact has also been considered.

 

 

Damper Shaft Surface Treatment

The shaft surface has a ▽▽▽▽+ processing.

The damper shaft body that contacts the O-ring has been redesigned from stainless steel to reduce friction and has

excellent wear resistance. By applying a super mirror finish, a smooth and stable stroke is guaranteed .
